A: This CS lens could be used on a Canon camera's EF lens mount withe proper CS to EF adapter.

A: yes

Q: 5. Does this product has a IR-CUT FILTER? If this have it, is it possible to remove IR filter freely??

A: No the lens itself does not have the IR cut filter that would be in the camera.

Q: 6. Can I get a Zemax model for this lens?

A: Unfortunately, we do not have a Zemax lenses.

Q: 7. Can the software be downloaded to a MacBook without CD-ROM drive??

A: Yes, the software can be downloaded. You would just type in the registration key after download and you would be all set.

Q: 8. Will this work on an 8MP 4K camera?

A: The Nikon D810 will not accept CS mount lenses.

Q: 10. Is there any possibility you can use a monopod? I don't use or have a tripod.

A: Hi Carol, Thank you for your interest in Reikan FoCal. A tripod is a required part of calibration and testing in order to achieve consistent and accurate results. Using a monopod won't work as it would not keep the camera stable enough for a series of test images to be taken. Best Regards, Dave

[0.3 lb] This 23FM25SP lens can even be used on 1 CCDs with a little dark vignetting at the corners. If you don't mind paying almost twice as much for a much bigger 25mm f/1.4 lens, you would do better with the 2/3 25mm f/1.4 Fujinon HF25SA-1, but otherwise the 23FM25SP is a great compact lens, superior to the cheaper M118FM25 and 23FM25L Tamron lenses. 5
