The Vinten Scaffold Clamp - Durable and Reliable Solutionfits OB scaffolding. It provides a flat base with standard four-hole fixing for 100mm and 150mm ball bases. The clamp has a 2" diameter and is centered at 5.75". It is used for mounting pan/tilt heads directly onto OB scaffolding.

A: The case is large and can hold many different size tripods with heads.The case is not padded and is empty. The approximate interior of the case is 40.5 x 13.75 x 12.75 (102.87 x 34.93 x 32.39cm) (LxWxH). If the tripod with the head is smaller than that interior it will fit.

A: You can use the Canon C100, C300 and probably the C500. Please email us to confirm the C500. prophoto@bhphoto.com.

Q: 8. Will I be able to use this head if i connect the Canon RC-V100 Remote Controller to a C300 Mk II? in other words is there any other option to connect this head to the camera?

A: The C300 Mark II only has a single LANC input. You should be able to have the C300 Mark II on the Vantage and also be connected to the RC-V100. However you will only be able to control the camera itself through one controller.

[6.8 lb / 3.1 kg] I hate the Nanlite V-Mount battery grip, it's terribly cumbersome as it bumps against knobs on lightstands. Bought a D-tap cable and this simple mount to attach a V-mount battery to the Forza yoke. Works great, and still easy to handhold the light if needed. 5

[6.8 lb / 3.1 kg] Vinten heads come with very low bowl clamps, and that's fine if you have a wide opening to work with. But the Flowtech 75 is a narrow opening, and that makes it difficult to adjust the short Vinten clamps. This one is designed specifically for use with these legs, so it's the perfect fit, offering more to grab when you reach for it. And, it's still short enough that it doesn't hit the ground when the legs are lowered to their lowest point. 5

[6.8 lb / 3.1 kg] I'm not sure why, but I was very surprised that the V-mount portion is also metal making the whole thing very burly. Not great for weight in travel, but for durability it definitely should help this last, even being kicked around set. 5
