A: No, there is no way to mount this on the camcorder. Your camcorder has a filter ring with a diameter of 43mm. This adapter fits on 72mm threads.

A: The Letus35 LT35ELT77 Elite Adapter with 77mm Ring would indeed work well with the Sony PMW-200. The Letus35 LT35EX77EX1 also will do the job but it is not as versatile in that it lacks a back focus adjustment.
