Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. can you use two mics as in stereo or are they all the same frequency and can only use one at a time???

A: The receiver is a single-channel receiver so it can only be used with one microphone at a time.

Q: 2. Can this be used to talk into during videocalls? Basically, can I use it instead of my webcam microphone to talk to people over videochat more clearly.. Will it send the audio through the computer directly?

A: Yes, this can be used with video calls on a computer. For this to work, you would need either a dedicated 1/8'' mic input on your computer, or a combined mic/headphone headset port. If you have a headset port on the computer, then you would need this adapter to allow for an audio connection from the receiver BH #STMUYHSMFF. If your computer does not have a mic in or headset port, then you would need an adapter such as this BH #AUATR2XUSB.

Q: 3. does this look to the OS like a standard USB audio device?

A: it appears that its only takes power from usb powered ports, not drivers needed nor detected as a audio device by computers

Q: 4. I know these have a 3.5 mm jack but has anyone had any experience with using these for making wireless PA systems with speakers?

A: The Shure PSM 900 Wireless Personal Monitor System with SE425-CL Earphones would not be recommended for use with speakers, as the beltpack's output impedance is intended for connection to headphones, not a standard line input. A system like B&H # ALSTLTHMK2X would be recommended instead.

Q: 5. Where can I find the receiver for this?

A: Unfortunately, the Senal AWS-2000-A system is no longer available. The Senal AWS-2000P-A Plug-On Transmitter is a great add-on item for someone who already has the Senal AWS-2000-A Advanced Wireless Microphone System - A: 522 to 554 MHz (B&H # SEAWS2000A).

Q: 6. hi is this the new r400a or the old version? the picture is the old one but they discontinued that and called the new one the same model # (it's blue with the rounded front plate)

A: Yes, the Lectrosonics R400A UHF Diversity Receiver is the most recent version. Thank you for pointing out that we still have the photo of the older version. I will have our web team update the images to show the R400A Receiver with its current design.

Q: 7. Do these work over Dante?

A: This Shure PSM 900 Wireless Personal Monitor System with SE425-CL Earphones kit does not provide any Dante connectivity.

Q: 8. no antena in the box?

A: The Lectrosonics R400a will ship with power supply and 2 antennas.

Q: 9. Does this come with a belt clip

A: Yes, the Sennheiser SK-XSW-A Bodypack Transmitter within the Sennheiser XSW2-CI1 Rackmount Wireless Earset Microphone System Kit includes an attached belt clip.

Q: 10. Can this mic connect directly to an iPhone? I need a bluetooth mic for interview video's I want to do on my iPhone.

A: This mic is not advertised as working with iOS devices, but if you get an Apple Lightning to USB Camera Adapter, B&H # APMLUCADP, you can connect the USB receiver to an iPhone. This is A UHF system, Bluetooth is generally not used for wireless mics's of this type, so you do have to plug a receiver into your iPhone.

[45 Hz to 18 kHz] I needed a set of Wideband antennas for my Shure UA844 distribution unit. These antennas cover the frequencies of all of my wireless units.

[32 MHz] Replaced the quarter inch that come with the sennheiser XSW-2. Worth every dollar spent on these to improve signal and distance with a lapel mic. I'm a mobile DJ that does wedding ceremony audio, so having no drops outs is a must. I gained about 25ft of distance and more importantly, no slight drop outs I would sometimes deal with prior

[32 MHz] They do exactly what you expect them to do, and do it well. Using with Shure SLXD systems.

[32 MHz] It works as intended. Nothing like Shure original stuff.

[32 kHz] Much better reception than little 1/4 wave antennas. These should be standard issue!

[1.9 lb / 0.9 kg] With the crowded spectrum that we now deal with I have begun to add wireless systems in the lower frequency bands. This antenna lets me use my ULX-J1, QLX-D H50, and SLX-D G58 systems with the same antenna.
