The Audix AP41 Guitar Wireless System 522-554 MHzis a Performance Series single-channel UHF diversity receiver designed to deliver enhanced range and easy configuration for musicians, vocalists, presenters, and public speakers in houses of worship, concert venues, conferences, and live stage applications. It offers 106 pre-coordinated frequencies across 32 MHz of bandwidth in the 522 to 554 MHz frequency band. Use one wireless microphone (available separately) from up to 300' away. One-touch sync and auto scan functions provide simple and efficient setup.

The high-contrast LCD shows a host of information such as battery level, frequency, and AF/RF signal strength, which can be optimized via adjustable AF and RF gain. XLR and 1/4" outputs allow compatible connectivity with the balanced or unbalanced inputs on your mixing console. The R41 Kit-A ships with two antennas, a carrying case, an audio cable, one power supply, and a rackmount kit.

Q: 2. What receiver does this work with? I can't find a similar one made by Senal.

A: The Senal AWS-2000P Plug-On Transmitter is intended for use with the Senal AWS-2000 Wireless Receiver. There are two options for frequency bands. This particular transmitter operates on the B frequency band which covers 554 to 586 MHz and the transmitter for the A band which covers 522 to 554 MHz. The transmitter and receiver must both operate on the same frequency band.

Q: 3. What's the difference between the (CH: H) and the (CH: J) models?

A: The CAD is a dual channel system with fixed frequency meaning each channel utilizes a set frequency to communicate. CAD offers systems set to different frequencies ( CH:H and CH:J ) in order to be able to use both systems simultaneously in the same location without interference or crosstalk. Other than the factory set operating frequencies the systems are functionally identical.

Q: 4. Are these units rack mountable?

A: The ATW-R 1000 will only support communication with a single transmitter at a time.

A: No, this is not compatible with Sony wireless systems.

Q: 8. Will this work with sennheiser receivers on the same frequency?

A: Unfortunately not, Senal AWS-2000P-B Plug-On Transmitter for AWS-2000 Wireless System is not compatible with Sennheiser receivers.

Q: 9. Are there outputs for two amps or just one? I would like to use one transmitter for a guitar and one for a bass and it would be great to have two outputs.

A: The receiver unit features 2 channels with individual outputs for each via XLR connections or a single mixed output option via a 1/4 connection. Independent volume control of each channel is available on the unit as well.

Q: 10. So, does the E6 come with the Shure BLX14 Bodypack Wireless System and Countryman E6 Headworn Microphone Kit at $549.00? It shows it does in the description...

A: This kit does include the Countryman E6 headworn mic.

[32 MHz] Same EW100 unit that the vocal stuff has. and b&h threw in a lapel. A lot cheaper than the EW100 that came with a lapel. Used with a countryman E6 this past week and it worked great. 5

[45 Hz to 18 kHz] Our group bought two of these units.� This is a solid performing wireless system.� The bodypack transmitter has a metal case instead of plastic while being physically smaller than the Shure analog wireless transmitters that we were replacing (move out of the 600 MHz band due to TV repacking).� Audio sounds better than old analog wireless units.� Manual is a little thin on use of Shure's lithium battery pack and charger such as leaving the transmitter in the charger after fully charged or not.� I am happy with the purchase from B & H and the Shure's digital system.� We are buying a third unit shortly. 5

[Up to 16] I've dealt with Sennheiser as a repair technician and found them to be a solid company that takes good care of its customers. So I went with this system and am totally pleased. Sound quality is excellent and with all the channels available, it's easy to set up and program. 5

[32 MHz] This is a relatively new product for use in weekend services, but it has worked well. The instrument sounds clear and full. When I first tested the system I played for 30 minutes before I put the guitar down...it really was nice to hear the Martin through FOH via the QLXD14. I prefer it to other Sennheiser products Ive previously used and other Shure products from the GLX wireless family. Its worth it to spend a little more to get the quality of sound. 5
