A: I guess the only reason to buy these product is to be use as TTL, other wise get another kind of transmitter

A: Unfortunately, we only carry the version that is set up for FCC rather than CE frequencies used in Europe.

Q: 4. What is the sync speed?

A: The sync speed would depend on the camera you use, as flash sync speed differs from camera to camera. When using TTL mode on Canon cameras, PocketWizard does state that HyperSync & High-Speed Sync Technology in the remotes support flash sync speeds of up to 1/500th sec., while High-Speed Sync auto syncs flash system with the camera's shutter speed setting, up to 1/8000th. However, the top sync speed when using the items will be determined by the camera.

A: he FlexTT5 Transceiver Radio Slave for Nikon can sit in the Cameras hot shoe, and with a remote camera cable you could use it to trigger the camera with a second FlexTT5. If your camera has the 10-Pin connection, you could use the N10-ACC (B&H # WIN90MACND). If your camera has the DC-2 connection, you could use the N-MCDC2-ACC (B&H # WICFTT5ND90).

Q: 7. does this product also come with a receiver that connects to the flash unit?

Q: 8. Can the TT5 be used in conjunction with the Nikon Creative Lighting System? Such as using the CLS to trigger a key and fill light but then have the PW trigger a flash for a kicker that is out of site from the IR of the CLS commander.

A: Being that the TT5 operates via radio frequency, it would not work with the Nikon CLS system which uses line of sight. What you could do is use the Pocket Wizard Mini TT1 Transmitter, B&H # WIMTT1N on your camera and have a TT5 transceiver on each flash set off camera. To control the other flashes off camera, you can either use a Pocket Wizard AC3 Zone Controller, B&H # WIAC3N on top of the Mini TT1 or you can place another Nikon speedlight on there which has a master function. Q: 9. I am planning to get two FlexTT5's; one for my D7100 & other for my SB-910. Pls guide whether I need to purchase any other cable/cords apart from the two FlexTT5's.

A: Nothing else would be needed; all items necessary to use your setup together would be included with the PocketWizard FlexTT5 Transceiver Remotes. The FlexTT5 would connect to the top of the hot shoe on the Nikon D7100 DSLR camera, and would connect to the hot shoe on the bottom of the Nikon SB-910 Speedlight Flash. The batteries needed to operate the FlexTT5 are included with the units.

Q: 10. I currently use a pair of PW PlusX to sync my Canon 1Ds3 to Profoto Acute2 and Profoto Compact monolight. I'd like to utilize higher sync speeds and do not need TTL, just manual settings. Do I need just one FlexTT5 to go with my PlusX or do I need a pair?

A: You will need the PW MiniTT1 or a FlexTT5 for the camera and two TT5's for your lights, once you setup the TT1 or TT5 (on camera) & TT5 on your lights you will be able to do the HSS. TTL works good & manual is just as good in the right settings. Hope this works for you.
