The PortaBrace RS-22OVF Rain Cover for Wireless Camera Transmittersis specifically designed to work with video cameras sporting mounted wireless-video transmitters. The cover has an expandable back end and a taller than standard fit, offering space for rear- or top-mounted units. One zippered and two fixed vinyl windows allow easy viewing of the camera's control panels. A neoprene gasket and detachable visor work together to protect your lens.

The cover is constructed of waterproof Taslan fabric and features a noise-reducing and protective inner tricot layer. The breathable material allows heat from the camera to dissipate while the cover is in use.

A: No, PortaBrace Rain Cover for Sony FX3 does not include rain protection for the Audio handle. However, It does have an opening so you can use the audio handle. Rain protection for a microphone would block sound from reaching the microphone you have connected. You could remove the FX3 audio handle if you needed complete rain protection.

Q: 2. Will the Shape remote arm fit under this rain cover?

A: Yes, there should be enough room to fit a Shape remote arm under this rain cover.

Q: 3. Can this be used with accessories/modifications such as the Blackmagic SSD deck attached to the rear or XLR cords/receivers mounted to those dual plugs on the top/rear? Thanks!

A: This rain jacket will accommodate devices plugged into the audio XLR ports of the BM Ursa Mini. WRT the SSD deck it will get a bit snug if it is piggy-backed behind a v-lock battery - however with a little ingenuity a flap extension could easily be fabricated out of similar fabric and Velcro .

Q: 4. Will this accommodate a Cannon EF 100-400? I have some legacy non RF lenses that I want to use with my R5.

A: The PortaBrace Rain Cover for Canon EOS R5 Mirrorless Camera (Black) is large enough for the Canon EOS R5 with the Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS II USM Lens attached.

A: Yes, this rain cover is compatible with the BMPCC 6K

A: The PortaBrace Rain Cover for Sony FX3 is not designed for vertical shooting positions if the camera is rotated inside the cover. However, you could attach the camera to a tripod head and tilt the head 90 degrees and work that way.

A: Yes, this has a rain fly for extra coverage.

A: Yes this rain cover can accommodate a Canon EOS R5 with an RF 100-500mm lens attached.

Q: 9. does this allow for the screen to be flipped out and be functional? or once the rain cover is on its practically useless to operate the camera?

A: The camera has an eyepiece and viewfinder specifically suited for such applications. The rain cover is supposed to seal the camera in and protect it as much as possible... Exposing its LCD screen would not be advisable.

[1.63 lb] I made this work with my C300 & Gratical finder. I mount the LCD on the back of a shoulder plate, so the camera is not so tall, and more weight is near the back. This rain cover worked pretty well with the EVF, lens, and camera parts in this configuration. 5

[Black] I purchased all three available sizes plus the waterproof optional eyepieces which the covers has built in a holder for. I reviewed many waterproof covers for my Nikon D850 and various Nikon lenses and determined that this one is simply the best, best constructed, offering the most protection plus allowing me easy full function of my camera. The only gripe I have is that the eyepiece is optional simply because the cover Isn’t really effective without it so it should be included. Simply put - The best cover available. 5

[1.63 lb] The cover does exactly what I was hoping it would: cover the camera and EVERY piece that comes with it, and still gives me enough space to get my hands on it. I've bought rain covers for my Canon 5D in the past that left no room for my hands. This one leaves ample room while still covering the camera, lens, LCD screen, and handle.
