The 662/S 7" 3G-SDI/HDMI Field Monitor from Lilliput is a 7" widescreen metal framed LCD camera monitor with 3G-SDI and HDMI input and output. It offers 1280 x 800 resolution with 400 cd/m² brightness, an 800:1 contrast ratio, and features advanced functionality such as peaking, focus assist, waveform tools, and false color filters. [6.095 lb] I use this with my Red Komodo. I run my SDI signal directly from my Komodo to the Liliput. It's a great 1080p image. You really can't go wrong. As for false color and other cool monitor features, I split the SDI sometimes into other monitor or wireless units. Only downside is that you can't use a v-mount for field work. But let's be real, most of the time this is going to be used inside a studio. 5

[1280 x 800] I bought 1 of these because of the price. When I got the monitor I was blown away by the picture quality for the price! After using it for sometime with out a hitch I bought another and am about to buy a 3rd one. I bought the first 2 from another company because B&H did not have it then. I'm happy to see that B&H carries it now. With this monitor don't be fooled by the listed resolution, the clarity is spot on HD! When your talking 7 the resolution is sharp enough to pull focus with. The manufacture list it as 1920 x 1080. The listed resolution is the actual resolution. The color is not spot on like the resolution is, its close but for the price that is the sacrifice. I found that tweaking the color hue and contrast on the monitor you can get it close to match the monitor built into our cameras. We set our cameras to the kelvin to match the light temperature so color accuracy is not hugely important to us. 5

[800:1] I'm using this with a canon 6D and it make is so much easier to focus! You can trim the hue and contrast but I was missing focus without it and now, it's alway spot on! 5

[800:1] I used this one on my Sony AX2000 camcorder for a play I was recording. I needed a monitor that was lower than the camcorder and this was also larger. I found the HDMI connector works best. The composite was not clear at all and color washed out. I have a monitor already and needed an extra one for another camcorder. Can't beat the price. and the quality is just fine for what i do. 5
