A: This replacement ring does not include the rubber ring.

A: The Bowen-S mount is universal and industry standard, however the diameter of the adapter ring may very. To choose the correct adapter ring I would suggest to find the speed ring that you have on our website and take a look in accessories. If the speed ring that you have is from current Chimera soft-box then this is the adapter for Bowen-S that will fit the speed ring.

[0.55 lb] Works as promised... only two things I would change and/or add to this product. A tilt mechanism for the light stand... and the flash sits a bit high of center in the ring... both VERY minor, but overall great product. 5

[0.55 lb] I love using these speed rings, they are great for those softboxes (especially strip boxes) that are difficult to remove from the ring. Each pole can be removed by pulling a small lever that releases the tension and collapses the box. You can use it to put together a difficult box as well. Only downside I can think is that they are a little bulkier than a normal speedring, but now by much. 5

[0.55 lb] I opted to skip the standard speed ring for this style and do not regret that decision at all. These pieces of art make working with massive softboxes painless. Their construction is impeccable and I would never purchase any other speed ring. 5

[0.55 lb] This makes it fast and easy to set up using the standard poles for Chimera softboxes. You no longer need to order the short poles with this speed ring to fit Hensel Integra monolights. This is very easy and fast for both small and large softboxes and the rods are tight like they should be. My advise is when assembling pull until it clicks for 1 pole, then the next pole on the same short side and then the 3rd and 4th poles. If you assemble and pull a long side first you may get a mis shaped softbox. But this happens on any softbox assembly regardless of brand from my experience. 5

[4] I disagree with the previous review of this speed ring. I have had no issues using this Light and Motion Chimera Speed Ring. It is made out of plastic but I have found it to be strong. I have been able to securely fit it on my CLx10 LED Light. It is a custom fit, it has never fallen off my lights. it is light weight but sturdy and strong. It is easy to pack. I have attached pictures so you can see the setup and also see how easily it packs. It is a must have for the Light and Motion Chimera Soft box. 5

[4] I was able to get a video pro chimera to fit this. I also purchased a 5/8pin with a 1/4-20 screw on it to hold this in a c-stand. 5
