[9.6 x 4.8 x 1"] I bought this to use with my Gitzo Basalt tripod for when I'm shooting the D850 with a remote. The remote tucks away in the holder attached to the tripod leg and does not fall out when I carry the tripod and camera over my shoulder through the woods. 5

[1.3 oz / 37 g] I'm using this item on one of two Vanguard Alta Pro 263AT tripods with a Nikon MC-36 intervalometer wired remote. Even with the cable encased the holder is a perfect match for both. I don't foresee any issues and my cost was nominal. Best of luck everybody, and thanks B+H. 5

When not mounted on my tripod I use it as a case for my timer remote by simply turning the TC-80N3 so the back of the case protects the screen and buttons. 5
