To protect your flute's finish from dents and scratches, specially formulated foam covers all of the stand's contact points. Peg holes on the base give you the option of adding up to two instrument pegs (available separately) for instruments such as flugelhorns, clarinets, and trumpets. This feature maximizes your floor space and cuts down the number of stands you need to bring along. The swivel legs with locking pins snap securely into place after you position them, and easily fit around other equipment on crowded stages. [15 x 4.3 x 3.1"] I bought this product to use mostly for praise and worship at church. It's so hard to Mic the entire range of the flute with a standard microphone. This goes on easily, and has not scratched my flute whatsoever. I am currently using an audio technica microphone, and it fits in this piece even though it's made for another brand. It has made a huge difference, and our sound guy, who also happens to be my husband, has been able to turn me down overall and capture the full range of the flute. 5

[1.81 lb] I’ve been wanting a way to attach a condenser microphone to my flute for years, and this little device fits the bill perfectly. Perfect for nominally acoustic settings where the sax and clarinet are present enough without amplification, but the flute requires just a bit to be heard above the rhythm section, if you already own a small condenser mike as I did, this is ideal. [11 lb (5 kg)] the mic has great grip. the rubber coating makes a little harder to slide off than the plastic ones. but thats what i was looking for. it also wont scratch your mics powder coating. just be mindful the quick release mihgt not work for all mic stand booms. if the boom is too skinny in diameter it wont attach. 5

The Hercules mic clip is great!! Heads up, it's not quite big enough for an iPhone 6, so I had to throw a case on my phone, and it worked perfectly! The position of the phone is quite close to the mic so definitely take a moment To feel out positioning. This item is a STRONG 9! 5
