[17.3" (44 cm)] the mic has great grip. the rubber coating makes a little harder to slide off than the plastic ones. but thats what i was looking for. it also wont scratch your mics powder coating. just be mindful the quick release mihgt not work for all mic stand booms. if the boom is too skinny in diameter it wont attach. 5

[17.3" (44 cm)] If you own a QuikLok Z stand and also use a mic stand, this item is essential. It eliminates the need for a separate mic stand. The build quality is excellent and the price is ridiculously reasonable. Other music gear of similar quality can cost twice or three times as much. Very happy with this addition to my kit. 5

[17.3" (44 cm)] Great for eliminating mic stand clutter on the floor. Hardware appears to be well built. Didn't come with mounting instructions and I was momentarily stumped until the light bulb went on and I realized that the mounting bracket slides inside the Z frame after popping off the plastic end cap. 5

[17.3" (44 cm)] I bought one of these On Stage / Euro stands from B&H so long ago that I can't remember when. Ever since, I've used it with an Azden Pro wireless (also from B&H) ever since with great audio on my Canon VIXIA HG20 camcorder (also from B&H). Now I'm upgrading to a Canon pro dynamic mic with shoe attachment, and so won't need a mic stand anymore. So, I'm buying a second OnStage/Euro stand for indoors led lighting. There seeems no evidence that my old stand will work less well than the new one. 5
