Available here as a 54" x 100' roll, this 100% alpha cellulose paper will provide a bright surface for vivid imagery. It offers a basis weight of 300 gsm along with a thickness of 17 mil and an opacity of 100%. Also, it uses OBA content to offer a rated brightness of 116% and a whiteness of 166%. Additionally, it comes on a 3" core.

A: The Premier Imaging Deluxe Presentation Matte Art Paper is rolled with print side out. If there is ever a problem telling which side is coated, you can use the lip test. Put a corner between the lips and the sticky side will be the coated side.

A: As per the manufacturer this has a 2 core.

Q: 5. I'm printing on an Epson Photo R2400 and always use 13 x 19 Velvet Fine Art paper that I load in the back. Does the 8.5 x 11 load in the back or top?

A: Load it in the back as well. It might go through the auto feeder but you wouldn't want to try it with more than one sheet because of it's weight/thickness. It's simple, always use the single sheet method that you use with the larger sheets. It's my favorite paper, just made some large prints, over 108 using velvet.

A: No, the Epson Velvet Fine Art Paper (13 x 19", 20 Sheets) BH #EPVFASB20 is only printable on one side.

Q: 7. can i paint with watercolor paint on this?

A: Yes, the Epson Velvet Fine Art Paper can be used with painted water colors.

A: This paper is meant for inkjet printers. You can use it with a consumer printer but it's much better to have a higher quality Fine Art printer. I've been using it for years to make fine art prints and selling them at art shows

[Yes] I use a number of Epson papers (Ultra Premium Luster, Metallic Luster, Gloss, Metallic Gloss, and Velvet Fine Art). For matte finish I experimented with several different papers. One of the best is Epson Velvet Fine Art. It is 20 mils thick, has a slight textured surface and optical brighteners added. Some photographers avoid Optical Brighteners, but I have never had any problems with them that Epson uses, going back over 20 years. Prints that I have made over 20 years ago still look as if they were printed today. Also, the price of Epson Velvet Fine Art paper is very favorable compared to other cotton, rag or fiber based products. 5

[Satin, smooth] We had been using Museo Max for our prints for two decades when they stopped manufacturing it. We were quite worried about finding comparable quality and price, but Epson Velvet exceeds Museo in both. Couldn't be happier. Plus the manufacturing is consistent, which it was not, with Museo. 5
