The Heliopan 62mm KR 1.5 Skylight SH-PMC Filteris a general use filter with a slight pink tint to help improve overall color accuracy and clarity. The light pink coloration helps to reduce the overall bluish cast of daylight and is especially effective when photographing landscapes and in shade. It is also useful as a general protective filter to leave on lenses at all times. A: A 105mm clip-on cap will not fit on this filter, as there are no threads on the filter to clip the cap onto. We do not currently sell the 105mm filter cap from B+W, as they have discontinued their line of slim filters and it is no longer available to us.

A: It is not a slim filter - but that is what I love about Heliopan = their construction! A fine piece of German glass encased in a brass ring that won't stick or bind. These are the only filters I put on my lenses.

A: The first image for that model filter is not correct but it is a Heliopan Bay 3 UV SH-PMC Filter.

A: Yes, the Heliopan Series 8 UV Haze SH-PMC Filter does have 67mm front filter threads and it will hold well a 67mm Tamron lens cap.

A: Yes. Since the Heliopan 49mm Protection Filter has front threads, it will be able to grip a standard snap-on/pinch lens cap.
