The Sony BCT60MX MPEG IMX Video Cassette, Small is a 0.5" wide video cassette that is ideal for use in applications from electronic news gathering to cinematography. It will support high-density recording with impressive picture quality and longer recording times. The cassette has 60 minutes recording time in NTSC format and 71 minutes recording time in PAL/SECAM format. The cassette has a metal tape coating. The enhanced binder system improves particle adhesion by 30%.

A: The Canon Paper Cassette AH1 can only fit 1 size paper at a time. However, since this is an add on tray you can use a different size paper in the printer (such as letter size) and use legal size in the Canon Paper Cassette AH1. When printing, you would need to choose tray 1 or 2 in order to print on the correct size paper.

Q: 4. Can this be plugged into a computer?

A: Yes it can. but not the remote (sub-mini) cable.

Q: 5. is this compatible with MF743CDW as well?

A: Yes, this model is also compatible with MF743CDW .

Q: 6. Does this fit Arri L7-C Fresnel?

A: It looks like it should fit with the appropriate speed ring to attach, shown below. However, I can not confirm 100% as we use ours with Arri 1000 and 650 Fresnel fixtures.

A: Those items must be purchased separately.

Q: 10. What is the difference between this and the XS Video Pro Plus 8114 - beside the 30$ price difference? Thanks.

A: The difference is based on the diffusers that they include. The XS Video Pro Plus comes with a 1/2 and 1/4 diffusion panel while the Video Pro Plus 1 comes with a full stop diffusion panel. Otherwise, they have the same dimensions and silver interior.

[MPEG IMX] It's been a great way to light interviews for years. Makes your subjects looks great. I usually use it with either a 650W or 1K light. You'll need a speed ring for every light you plan to put it on. This is my second one of these. The one I bought 4 years ago is still in great shape. But sometimes I've got two shoots going on simultaneously, so I needed a second one. 5

[MPEG IMX] We've owned one Video Pro Plus 1 Softbox since 2000, and it's in just as good shape today as the day we opened the box. We use it regularly, and have used it countless times since we bought our first one. In order to light more evenly, we decided a second one would be more cost effective than switching to completely LED or flourescent fixtures for the time being. It's really a great product that stows away well. Obviously, it stands up well to regular use. 5

[1] I have Arri T1 1000watt hotlights. I use larger Chimera softboxes for the key and fill lights but I didn’t have a softbox for the rim light. I chose the small as the light pattern was plenty big and because it wouldn’t be difficult to hang. // The softbox is robust & well made. There have been no problems with the heat. 5
