A: This strap is adjustable to three different lengths: 39.5, 42 and 43.5 inches. The outer section near the key rings measures 1/4 inches and the center shoulder section measures 1 inch in width.

A: I just modified my 1450 to install this strap. All you need is a drill. Find the balance point and put a few holes in it.

[0.45 lb] I have gotten into the habit of upgrading the clips, but they have never let me down. Doing Action Sports I need to get whatever I need wherever I shooting from. The Length allows cross-body use, that also where that Extra-Thick Padding is worth it's weight in Gold! I use these with Porta Brace Gear Bags, Pelican Cases, Tripods, you name it! 5

[0.45 lb] By adjusting the lengths of the straps, I have no problem slinging a tripod diagonally across my back. This frees hands and arms to use trekking poles to hike to a destination. Clips make attaching and extracting the tripod straightforward. 5

[Nylon/Plastic] So far, the Porta Brace has improved transport of a Canon 600mm lens & 1DX body over longer distances. I am using it as a shoulder strap, and the end loops are attached to the gimbal arm. For me, this setup feels reasonably balanced & performs well as an aid to carrying such heavy & awkward equipment. Attachment loops seem to be sturdy enough to support the involved weight. 5

[Nylon/Plastic] I bought two of these and modified them for use with several cameras. They are overkill for what I use them for especially when I have one on my DSLR but the comfort of a big thick and soft strap is worth it. In summer they tend to make me sweat because they are thick and big but I still love not having a neck ache. They are super well made. 5
