This long Slidefix has two screws that you can secure onto two tripod holes in your camera to stop it from twisting. Camera stays securely pointed at whatever you aimed it at. 5

[Aluminum] This is an absolute requirement in order to attach either a camera or lens to the superior margin of the Arca-Swiss Monoball X-Table System. The Cameraplate 75 for MonoballFix screws into the connecting points of either a camera or lens supporting ring and in turn connects to what appears to be an Arca-Swiss Monoball Fix Quickset Device attached to the upper surface of the X-Table System. The attachment of camera and/or lens appears to be secure and stable. 5

[1x 1/4"-20 Male] Because the lens is set a little to the left of center (as seen from the back) this plate still allows the battery/SD card compartment to open fully without having to detach the QR plate. Sweet! Love the Arca-swiss quick release system! 5
