[0.35 lb] We needed a compact location kit that we can check on airplanes. It needed to be versatile and we wanted to transition to LED lights to cut down on the heat, as we are often shooting interviews in offices and other small rooms. We wanted fresnels to be able to retain depth in our lighting, even in cramped quarters. And we also have to deal with the natural light on location, including exterior windows and incandescent lighting. The Practilite 602 handles all of these situations with excellent color and amazing flexibility. It is true that the output is not as strong as our Arri 650's, but those were overkill for our location interviews. No heat, dial in your color temperature, and the cameraman can adjust intensity and color while behind the camera using his iPhone. These lights are everything we were looking for, plus bonus bluetooth! We bought three of them.

[5.7 x 4.3 x 1"] I've used two of these for corp, commercial and weddings and I think they have an amazing output especially for weddings coming from the Comer 1800 and the 524 cheap but bright LED panels. I might not use these as a key light for commercial work but other then that they are great for most situations. The app works great and even if my phone goes to sleep I find it doesn't take that long to get back into the app and get it connected. The spot and flood is really nice and the temp control is a nice feature to help dial in the precise temp you want. If you are doing weddings and want to not have to plug into a wall you will need the P-tap cable for about $29 and the 14 volt battery for each light. I also bought size 12 shoe bag holders from Amazon, folded them in half and double stitched them to hold the battery in. It then can be hung next to the light on a light stand. The battery is solid with nowhere to hang it so it must be in something. This will make it top heavy so be sure to get a solid light stand and maybe add one sandbag to it or place it by the DJ's speaker. I will def update this review after I shoot a few more weddings. This is prob the next best option to the expensive dedo lights. For this price I feel you get more for your dollar.

[5.7 x 4.3 x 1"] Bought these light for college students to use for their projects and paying client work about a year ago. They are very durable. College students can destroy equipment very fast. These lights are holding up great. They are powerful and the adjustable color makes these lights useful in many situations. Being able to use a smart phone to control up to 6 of these lights on a set has proven to be very valuable. We also purchased soft boxes that we include in the travel case. The lights are more expensive than other lighting options but being able to have a fixture that is focusable, powerful and multi color makes them a great option. Only concern is; the power cable is very thin. Hope we don't have to replace them.

[0.35 lb] Quickly became one of our favorite lights. Very bright, dimmable, adjustable color temp. Has a nice hard pop for back lighting or spot lighting. Yes its a bit costly but you pay for quality. Not sure how you can not rate this 5 stars. Its that nice. You will not be disappointed with this light.

[Aluminum] After filming weddings for over 2 years with only one on-camera light attachment, I decided to finally look into a lighting setup to meet my videography needs. After researching the Kinotehnik Practilite 602, I was extremely excited to make this purchase. May have been the best decision I have made for my wedding gear to improve the quality of my products. This light is easy to transport, set up, and takedown. One of the biggest features that drew me to this product was the fact that it has its own mobile phone app so that I can control the fresnel's settings from across the dance floor. Saves me so much time and I avoid missing important shots!

[Aluminum] Ive only used it once so far but everything has been great. The light is quiet, bright and just simple to use. I used it to light a wedding and was absolutely amazing with the app that just works. I wouldnt change at thing. Will probably look at picking up another one in the near future.

[5.7 x 4.3 x 1"] Just picked up my second one after 2 years of using just one. Terrific light for weddings, bluetooth is super responsive and more than bright enough to use in dimly lit venues. Running off a 95wh vlock battery at 100% power is more than long enough for a whole evening.
