Q: 2. What is the minimum sized relector that can be held between the two clamps? I have Westcott's 30-inch Illuminator series (6 in 1). Their non-extreme version mentions it can work with the 30-inch units, but this unit doesn't (also checked their web site). For just one dollar more than their other version, hoping this can work since it seems more versatile. Thanks.

A: The clamps can be set at about 9 apart at a minimum.

A: This heavy-duty unit will fit reflectors from 30" to 72".

Q: 5. Is it able to only record video and not pick up audio?

A: The Kolari Vision Infrared Lens Filter Pro (49mm, 850nm) features multicoated glass and a brass ring, while the standard Kolari Vision Infrared Lens Filter (49mm, 850nm) has uncoated glass and an aluminum ring. Coated glass prevents unwanted ghost images and reflections between the layers of glass in the filter.

A: If you add a 32GB SD card, you would be able to get more than 2 hours of recording, but the battery would only last 2 hrs. So it would have to be separate sessions

[850 nm] I've had a few of these scattered about the property for a couple years now. Throws a lot of IR and have been flawless. Beam pattern, IR power, and photocell sensitivity are adjustable. 5

[13 W maximum] I did quite a bit of research before making this purchase. I used NVGs and other night vision devices when I was in the U.S. Army. The Axton products are military grade and built like a tank with a lifetime warranty to boot. Plus, they provide world-class customer service. I'm very pleased with my purchase and it is worth every penny. 5

[IP66] Added this for my License Plate Camera and it is better than expected with a focused high intensity IR light that reflects off of plates making all plates at night easily readable. See attached photos and note emitters are red and visible just hard to photograph. Also have 2 other Axton IR emitters for the front yard that replaced some cheap IR emitters. The difference in coverage, distance and even spread is night and day. 5

[8.2' (2.5 m)] The Axton AT-25S flood illuminator is exactly what I needed. My cameras with built in IR illuminators would attract insects to the cameras themselves which triggered motion events and alerts at night constantly. Rain also would trigger events on some cameras due to IR reflection off of rain droplets. I mounted the Axton illuminator between and above the cameras so insects would be attracted away from the cameras. The 150 degree pattern is great. I am ordering a second one to flood the other side of the house now. 5

[472' (144 m)] I had my doubts about this unit when I took it out of the box because of the size, but I was blown away when I saw the images on the cameras afterwards, totally worth the investment absolutely amazing.!!! Truly Night & Day 5

[IP66] Using this to light up the side yard all the way to the back fence, about 90 feet. Just like in Iluminar's youtube videos this thing throws IR light everywhere. I love that a separate camera in a opposite corner that just sees the backyard sees the massive amount of IR light that it puts out. I have this model and the IR148 both are built solid after a year later still waterproof and working fine. 5
