[UV coating] Great grid. I looked at competition and this was the only 14 grid at a reasonable price I could find. Creates at nice focused light on a mag reflector. 5

[UV coating] Easy to plug in and out. The only issue I've had is that I forgot to mark which of my strobes I just replaced the flash head on to know which one to expect to die next. 5
