The Pelican 1510NF Carry-On Case in black is an unbreakable, watertight, airtight, dustproof, chemical-resistant and corrosion proof hard case that can be used to carry and protect your equipment from the elements. It is made from ultra high-impact structural copolymer for strength and durability. It has a 0.25" neoprene O-ring, and includes an automatic purge valve for quick equalization after changes in atmospheric pressure. It has a hinged case with double ABS latches that seal perfectly and padlock protectors that provide added strength and extra security against cutting and theft.

The 1510NF comes with long side handles, a long front handle, retractable extension handle and strong polyurethane wheels with stainless steel bearings. It has a release latch for the extension handle and meets current FAA requirements for carry on luggage.

A: I ordered this version this year (2017) and yes, it comes with the long pieces you cut to your specs with the included cutting tool. The border area is pre-made to fit the case it goes with. Also included are the small red flags and black U holders for the dividers.

Q: 10. Compared to the standard 1510 padded dividers, is the bottom foam much thicker? The bottom foam in the 1535 with trekpak was too much that I couldn't fit as much in as I did in the 1510 with padded dividers.

A: the bottom and the top foam are different when compared to the stock pick-n-pluck foam top and bottom. The top is a tighter fit which is great because it cannot fall out as easily when you open it. and the bottom is a thicker and I would say softer foam which I also like as it seems more protective to me than the pick-n-pluck.
