A: It weighs in at 22 pounds. I use Photoflex backdrop stands and pole to support it and it holds it just fine. It is bulky to transport and I have thought about cutting it into two rolls, but it is a nice vinyl backdrop.

A: Yes you can use this product, but if it is outdoor it would be advisable to clear-coat with an aerosol clear, such as Krylon UV-Resistant clear. Other wise the print can smudge and is not water resist.

A: As far as I'm concerned, yes. It's a little heavy, but rolled up and back in its shipping tube, it fits in an average car with one end in the front footwell and the rest leaning toward the back of the car. Does not get in my way when driving. FYI, this is my third vinyl ground. I use it on flat surface for shooting museum needlework. I did not understand that the surface could scratch (a bit like a record) which eventually led me to purchasing #2. And the third one I take with me for shoots not in the museum where I usually work (and have vinyl ground #2 stored.). I use distilled water and a clean rag to clean. LOVE this product.

They recommend the Designjet L25500 (latex), Designjet L26500 (latex), Designjet L28500 (latex), Scitex LX600 (latex) or (Designjet L65500 latex), Scitex LX800 (latex), Scitex LX850 (latex), Scitex LX820 (latex), Designjet 8000s (low-solvent), Designjet 9000s (low-solvent), Designjet 10000s(low-solvent) and the UV-curables as follows: Scitex FB500, Scitex FB700, Scitex FB910, and Scitex FB950.
