The PL150T 150Wh 14.8V/8Ah V-Mount Battery from PAG uses intelligent linking technology, making it suitable for powering any broadcast or digital cinema camera, and multiple accessories. Up to 12A can be drawn when batteries are linked. You can also double the capacity to 300Wh by linking two batteries.

The battery features a V-mount format and can be charged using any Li-ion charger. It can also be linked with PL96 batteries (V-Mount) for charge or discharge for added convenience.

The PL150T battery uses a numeric display, which shows a prediction of remaining camera runtime, onload in hours and minutes, and capacity as percentage.

A: The D-tap on this IndiPRO Tools Micro-Series V-Mount Li-Ion Battery (98Wh, RED Compatible) supports only up to a 3amp max draw. The actual battery it self if has a continuous 12amp draw if you connect the battery through the v-mount clip on the back.

A: Yes as long as you have the proper v-mount plate or/and extension.

A: The Red compatible batteries are tested and approved by Red to be used on their cameras. The blue labels are no tested by Red.

Q: 7. I don't understand, if you mount two mini's together, do they deplete at the same time? If so how can you "hot swap"

A: The PAG Mini PAGlink MPL50G Battery (50Wh) (B&H# PA7141) can join with another of its kind and the two would deplete at the same time, yes. When hot swapping, you would be replacing the battery that is not connected directly to the battery plate nor the D-tap cable. That way, it would not interrupt the power going to the battery plate or D-tap cable. There does need to be a bit of power in that battery in order for hot swapping to be possible, however. Fortunately, it's a quick procedure to remove one battery from the other and then add a freshly charged one in its stead.

Q: 8. How long does this Battery last on a Red cinema camera ?

A: runtime will vary depending on the camera and the accessories being used and powered by the camera

Q: 9. Can you charge the Dionic batteries on the GM2 charger?

A: No it will not work on the GM2 charger.

[10 Ah, 150 Wh] Awesome, awesome batteries. I bought these 2 years ago anticipating run & gun scenarios where I would need to throw on more power on the fly without powering down, and sure enough those instances came up. The linking mechanism is a phenomenal design, allowing for quick power as stated above, but also for set-and-forget charging, allowing you to stack up to 8 in a single column. When my cells eventually wear out, you can bet the barn I'm going with PAG again. 5

[1.88 lb] I currently own five of the PAG PL150 Series 150Wh and six of the PAG HC-PL94T. Im so glad I invested the extra money for these batteries. Theyre just so incredibly versatile. Love the fact they stack so I dont need to wake up in the middle of the night to swap out batteries as they charge. Also, when they stack they become much more capable batteries if you need more Wh or A for lights, etc. Expensive, yes, but I believe worth it in the long run. 5
