A: You can Purchase sealant at any hardware store.

Q: 4. Is this compatible with DS-2CD2386G2-I?

A: Yes it is.

Q: 5. What does this device do? Is it a mount for four cameras? Is it a conduit for power or POE connections? With what cameras is it compatible?

A: This device is basically a back box that you mount 1 camera to. You can then place all the cables in the box to protect them from the weather. There are no electronics in this device. It's compatible with select Dahua Technology cameras, however you might be able to make your own holes if you have a camera that the holes don't match up to.

Q: 6. Is there a cover plate that works for the junction box if I remove the long arm?

A: Hikvision does not offer a cover plate for the Hikvision WML Long Camera Wall Mount with Junction Box (White) BH #HIWML. An electrical supply or home improvement/hardware store may have a suitable cover plate.

Q: 7. On the hikvision fall 2020 catalogue it lists the PC140, are you sure I need the PC135?

A: Yes this is the correct wall mount for this camera, you will need the pendant cap to secure the camera to the wall mount. The model of the pendant cap for this unit is the PC110.

Q: 10. This picture is not the same as the CB140PT Junction box on the Hikvision site. The Hikvision site clearly show three cover mounting screws while this show four. Three mounting screws would allow my camera (DS-2CD2385G1-I) to mount on this box. Four wouldn't work. Is this a Hikvision CB140PT or a third party product?
