A: Because the Shure BLX-2 transmitter features an integrated capsule design (non-removable), the Telefunken M80 wireless dynamic microphone capsule is not compatible.

A: The Super 55 can be used for any vocal application from live performance to recording.

Q: 5. Is this compatible with the Shure GLXD-D wireless microphones?

A: Yes - it will screw right onto the handle.

A: That is a desk stand for the Sennheiser MD441U. There are 2 stands that fit the MD441U, the desk top one in the photo which comes with the mic (special order) and flexible rubber one that we have separately B&H # SEMZQ441.

Q: 8. Is the grill removable for cleaning ?

A: No it is not. But you can get a sanitizing product called Goby Labs Sanitizer Spray for Microphones. This is the B&H part number B&H # GOGLS104B.

Q: 9. Will it work with the Rode PSA 1?

A: This type of filter is not designed for a broadcast arm like the PSA1. This filter requires a vertical mic stand to attach to. You could use this type of desktop reflection filter, and the pull the PSA1 in front of it BH #AURFC12R.

[1.14 lb] I'm very impressed! The microphone has a very pleasant bright sound with a clear high range, but the level of feedback is the same as in SM58. The vocals are very readable in the general mix . In this microphone (SE V7) you do not need to cut off the low frequencies, it does not drum. In my personal opinion, V7 sounds even better than Telefunken d80. 5

[Mono] I purchased this to replace a KSM9. The KSM 9 is great, but on stage we tend to have different singers with different levels of projection and mic control. Bring in the V7 MC1 and I can immediately tell the difference with more rejection of stage instruments. The eq felt very similar to the KSM 9 but with less high end. Still very silky and round on Female Vocals. Was a quick and easy replacement on the UR 2 Mic Transmitter. I will be buying a few more soon. 5

[Supercardioid] For when there is a little noise, I wanted a condenser with a hyper cardioid pattern. but those really cost. This is well past your SM58 or E835 at the high end, and the low is good at 6inches. The bright/not-harsh high end is incredible, and it is detailed like the RodeNT1 I usually use. I'm loving this thing. 5

[Gray] It's an amazing microphone. The build is very durable, the body is solid and the grill doesn't give or dent when a decent amount of force is put on it. The sound as well is fantastic; it doesn't need a lot of EQ and can be used for recording as well for live performance. A pop filter or a foam windscreen is needed though as the built-in foam doesn't work the best. I can't recommend it enough especially for the price. 5

[Supercardioid] The design is incredible and the weight of the mic is perfect. Considerably one of the most flexible and perhaps the best dynamic mic considering the price and it's charming features. I did a hefty research prior to purchasing a mic. Looked into various sites, different reviews, and expertise opinions on every microphone out there and ultimately encountered the SE Electronics V7 microphone. Many reps will make a simple, unattractive recommendation as saying Shure SM58 or any industry standard (Senheiser, AKG, Audio-Technica, etc). Many reps are not aware of SE Electronics nor its V7 microphone. This mic will be the replacement for the industry standard when noticed by more consumers. The packaging I can say was absolutely professional and attractive with its detailed features on there and the design and proper packaging feeling as if I had bought a brand new Apple product. SE Electronics is absolutely impressive. I will be utilizing this mic for vocals for myself and a female vocalist in our band. This will feature a clean voice and an upgraded performance result. I will bet that your investment on this V7 microphone will be a game changer and a much different reality of the audio world. 5
