[3.4 oz (97 g)] As with others, the quality exceeded my expectations.  Its hard to overstate how well this arm is made.  Really sturdy way to rig overhead shots.  This arm can also give you similar articulation and versatility as an in-studio camera stand but on location.  Way more secure and professional than DIY rigging a camera to a clamp and extension arm.

My Benro tripod came with 2 center columns - one standard and one very short for low shots.  I just keep this horizontal arm mounted to the short center column all the time, and I bought another tripod head that is also permanently attached to the arm.  So when I need this arm on set, converting over is really fast. 

Positioning the camera is also faster via the arm than it would be to adjust the tripod.  So its better to get your tripod set once and then swing the arm around for composing.  Just mind you are counterbalanced properly.

Honestly, this feels like a secret weapon.  Almost like cheating, like it shouldnt be this easy.  This is a purchase you definitely wont regret.
