This ARRI WCU-4 Hand Unit Lanyardis compatible with the WCU-4 control hand unit. Use this strap to position the control unit around your neck or to drape it from a stand. This lanyard features neck padding, quick release clips, and a swiveling plunger-type connection to the unit. Both ends of the lanyard may be adjusted for length.

Basically, the Focus Pro grip is an RS4 gimbal brain on a handle.
