The white 7' Photoflex Large OctoDome Softbox 7' Whitefrom Photoflex Large OctoDome Softbox 7' Whiteis an octagonal light modifier with a unique quality of light that makes a favorite of portrait and fashion shooters. The OctoDome has a removable front diffuser and internal baffle to give you contrast options. This huge softbox is often used by itself, and in fact it's big enough to stand in front of while shooting if necessary without affecting the lighting. The significant wrap-around effect creates a painterly light quality with open shadows and manageable contrast. The shape of the OctoDome renders natural-looking catchlights in your subject's eyes.

[Yes, Removable] when my octodome XS arrived i was very excited to set it up.it arrived at our office so i did not have my gear with me to test it out, but i assembled it still to see how it looks. I was surprised on how easy it was to assemble and how durable the materials used. I read on some reviews that it was hard to assemble and dismantle so i was scared but once i read the instructions briefly to get a general idea on how to do it i was able to assemble it and dismantle it without breaking a sweat. As soon as i got a the chanceto use it when i arrived home (i've been planning on doing this product shoot for weeks now) prior to purchasing the Octodome and finally i got to do it. What came out was one of my favorite shots, it was a simple light set up but with the help of the octodome it put more drama and class to it. then only down side about it is that i want another one..:-) maybe ill buy the octodome S next. truly a great product from a great company. great purchase and value especially if its your first light modifier like mine.:-)needs to find a way how to mount PW'S especially FLEX TT5 without turning the flash head around if you want the flash to be completely inside and still have access on the flash controls 5

[Yes, Removable] Perfect for baby portraits Gives great soft light with a SB800 flash. Light enough to hold in one hand and camera in other if necessary (tight spots) Happy with the results. 5

[48 x 8 x 6"] Add your speedlite and the photoflex grid and you have yourself one great light. I love my 7' photoflex OctoDome as much as I love this Extra Small OctoDome. Drop the power down all the way on your flash and move it about a few feet from your subject and you have one great shot. I love just using one light. 5
