The MAXPRO Standard Edition 32-Channel NVR from Honeywell is an open, flexible, and scalable IP video surveillance system. It integrates with the full line of Honeywell IP cameras and HVE encoders and is pre-installed with all required software and pre-licensed for 32 channels with no extra channel license costs. It supports simultaneous recording, live monitoring, search, and system management for up to 64 IP cameras including high definition formats.

The NVR has an internal storage capacity of 3TB (1 x 3TB) with 5x spare HD slots. The NVR is rack mountable with 6 removable drives. Rack rails are included for use with four-post racking systems.

[Steel] I bought this to replace my NAS so I could record 24/7 on a of my cameras with out purchasing additional licenses and taxing my NAS hardware to the point of not functioning. So far it has performed wonderfully. The first 24 hrs was a little underwhelming and I was worried I would regret the purchase, but once I got everything operating how I wanted it and got used to the interface and remote interface it had lived up to my expectations. Highly recommend this unit for hikvision cameras AND 3rd party cameras. Works great with wifi connected cams as well. 5

[DVD-RW] don't expect customer service from the manufacture Honeywell, they don't know what that is. But B&H Does! with B&H help updating the NVR firmware = easy set up, I'm using another manufacture ONIF IP cameras. the android app works great for remote viewing. very easy camera manipulation with provided mouse. 5

[6] It is a bare bones, moved over a 6TB purple, unit formatted and initialized easily. Had to get up and running quickly, First Hik product so had to install iVMS4200, and HikConnect on devices, at least 3 different username/password sets and not too clear on those descriptors. Used 3 IP POE hik cams, all plug and play. POE worked well. Local monitor view and setup was excellent, wish there was better interface than a wired mouse, but at least I didnt have to repeat steps with that. Did several reset, shutdown, and live disconnect and reconnection tests, unit rebooted fine. Good value for a DIY bundle. Went with B&H to keep HIK usa distributor channel integrity for best support. 5

[1x 3 TB] I've accumulated different cameras from different manufacturers for years assuming they would be easy to install on IP NVRs and for the most part, they were until I got some newer 4K cameras and then it became a chore. Three different NVR's later I find one that works with all my cameras. The only real hassle, if I can call it that, was to have to go to the router as I hooked up each camera to see what address it was set to. Once I got it to recognize the cameras, the included software made it easy to get them all working. I have a simple 5 camera, 24hr recorded, home setup without all the motion detection or other options set, so it was pretty easy to get up and running. It works. 5

[1x 3 TB] I have had 3 different NVRs. The other ones were from Geovision. Their first NVR worked well for about 6 years. The second one was thrown in the trash. The ENR-020P was relatively easy to configure, including the interface to other vendor's cameras. I had to play around with the encoding settings a little but this thing works. I like the UI. Keep in mind that I can't comment on reliability as I have only had it for a month or so - but I now have all my cameras displaying - which sometimes is a major problem if you have cameras from multiple vendors. 5

[1x 3 TB] I bought this as part of the Dahua N488L64A system that comes with six 4k cameras. Take a look at my review of that system for more details. This NVR supports Dahua's IVS, just make sure your cameras also support IVS. Also, when shopping for an NVR pay attention to the Decoding Resolution spec. This tells you how many channels the NVR can support at certain camera resolutions and frame rates. 5

[1x 3 TB] Best NVR I've ever used, hands down... 32 IP cameras plus channels for audio, access control, alarm devices, and Point of Sale... runs firmware 5 too! NO BUILT-IN POE - all of my cameras are connected to POE switches directly and if you don't need it, save money and power with this model. I used Samsung EVO 870 SSD SATA 3 drives and this thing is so smooth! Yeah I know SSD won't last as long as purple disks but they will last a good few years and I'm OK with that. Firmware 5 offers SO much, big upgrade from v4. There is a learning curve but the analytics are so very worth it. Supports many different brands, protocols, and functions... I really can't list everything but I can say its awesome that my non-Hikvision cameras were automatically discovered alongside the real Hikvision ones. Still not sure? Neither was I because my older unit running version 4 was basically getting the job done but I wanted more channels and WOW I got a lot of bang for my buck with this upgrade! 5

[Steel] The best NVR for the Chanel to use, the bandwidth is decent and need more power. But is really good. Use 24 Hard Drive of 10 slot, depending how long record you need a the balance of each camera. I recommend this NVR for any occasion you may need, have the storage, the feed online is very fast. 5
