Made from neoprene, it provides a thermal barrier, and is easy to install or remove. The Hoodie has a reinforced, removable, front lens element disc made from rigid plastic and foam to protect your glass from damage. Use this made in the USA hoodie to complement the LensCoat cover of the same color on your lens.

The Realtree Max5 camouflage pattern offers maximum effectiveness in open terrain. The pattern incorporates cattails, reeds, cane and grasses to blend into flooded marshes, plus corn, wheat, oats and sunflowers to hide you in open fields.

[Neoprene] I bought this hoodie to place over my Sigma 50-500 lens with its large hood. It provides great extra protection from bumps and dings which are unavoidable when carrying around such a large lens. 5

[0.195 lb] I had the problem of putting my lens cap back on with the hood. The hoodie fits quickly and easily over the hood and protects my lens. It's a very inexpensive way to quickly remove and put back on and also protect. 5

[0.195 lb] Helps enormously in camouflaging my 600mm lens when setting up to photograph wildlife. Instead of a 95mm glass front, you can let the critters get used to the camo pattern before shooting. 5

[Neoprene] It's a great soft protector for lenses since it fits right over the lens hood and takes the place of the lens cap. This item is particularly useful if you have a lens filter that won't allow the cap to stay on. Just be sure to get the medium size hoodie for the Nikon 16-35mm lens and not the large size hoodie B&H recommends. Otherwise, you'll have the hoodie falling off the lens each time you remove your camera from your camera bag. 5

[Neoprene] Can't use the lens hood that came with my Canon 500 f/4. Totally impractical in the field. Have used tupperware covers which fit nicely but I was always afraid I'd scratch the front element. Along comes Hoodies from LensCoat and all my problems have been solved. Very easy to use, snug fit and designed not to touch the glass. 5
