The Billingham SP40 Black Leather Shoulder Strap Padfrom Billingham is made from black leather with nickel-coated studs. It is compatible with bags that have strap widths of 1.5". The oversized, top grain leather pad features closed-cell foam padding and a neoprene bottom for comfort and grip. The strap attaches to loops with press stud closures.

[0.225 lb] I like the sturdy construction and the thick padding. I think it should be included with the bag, as I wouldn't recommend buying the bag without it. It's especially important if the bag is full of heavy gear. 5

[Black] Billingham’s shoulder softener. High quality leather, padding....and looks great. Necessary? No. Other companies make these things minus the leather at a fraction of this cost. I had a B&H credit for 2/3rds the price and applied to this. 5

[0.225 lb] The perfect accessory for my Billingham bag. It buttons onto the shoulder strap and holds the strap in place on the shoulder. No slipping. I trust my equipment to this pad, and it has not let me down. Beautifully made. Disconnects in seconds if you don't want to use it. 5

[Black] This snap on shoulder pad works super well for my carrying case. It consolidates a lot disorganized straps and looks just like the rest of the leather and metal on the case. Too bad I couldn’t have found it earlier. 5
