With Sony FS7 Shoulder Rig Bundle | SHAPE Accessoriesyou can build a 15mm LWS rig around your FS7 or FS7M2 camera. The included 15mm rods enable you to mount a matte box, follow focus, lens support or other production accessory. Since the plate is designed for the FS7, correct lens height is ensured for correct accessory clearance. A rear insert plate is included to support the raised rear portion of the FS7 body, increasing the surface area of the camera base.

The mounting points on the bottom of the baseplate itself can secure to a standard VCT-14 quick release tripod plate. When not locked down, the shoulder pad provides cushioned support for handheld shooting. Touch-fastener on the shoulder pad allows easy removal for cleaning or replacement.

Further handheld options can be introduced using the rosettes towards the front of the baseplate. Separately available handgrips, like the SHAPE Telescoping Handles can be secured directly to the baseplate for increased stability. Separately available 15mm rods can also be attached at the rear of the plate using the 15mm Rod Bloc (also available separately).

A: Yes, both 3/8 and 1/4 holes... I'm using mine with Manfrotto plate.

A: Yes, The SHAPE DSLR Kirk Neff Offset Rig is a Universal solution. It will work with many camera models including the Pocket 6K Pro from Black Magic. [2.6 lb] I ordered this case for my FS7 so that I could drop it in and out without having to remove view finder. Still need to remove the handgrip, But find I'm shooting most things without that on anyway. And this case allows it all to be stored/packed nicely. Both this case and the first RIG-FS7 are extremely well constructed, carry well and should last for many years. 5

[VCT-14] My biggest gripe with the Shape FS7 V-Lock quick release baseplate was that it only secured to the camera in two spots. This piece solves that particular problem, giving you three points of contact between the base and the camera. There is a threaded screw hole dead center in front of the U. It's a shame it is not included with the plate and that it took a call to Shape to find out exactly what this piece did and how it fit into the package. However, since I feel like my rig is much more secure, it's money well spent. 5

[VCT-14] I wanted a relatively light weight bag with a hard shell that I could just put the whole camera in complete with Matte Box one end to a V Lock Battery pack the other, and also leave the view finder in place. A big ask maybe but this bag fills all the needs. Highly recommended. 5

[VCT-14] This case is really the only thing out there that works well for the FS-7. It is extremely roomy and allows you to store the camera fully setup so that all you have to do is reposition the grip and start shooting. I would like to see some pick and pluck foam included for the price so you can create custom inserts for your needs. It is expensive, but if it protects the camera, it's worth it. 5

[2.6 lb] This bag allows you to load up your valuable investment in a complete safety package. From the lens tie down to the ample side pockets its the perfect bag for this camera. You can load it up with the viewfinder and grip handle attached without smashing everything to the sides as in other smaller bags. I must say I did utilize some additional velcro dividers to keep everything in order but the sides are strong, the storage in the lid extra good and overall another great bag from Porta-brace. I've used porta-brace bags for over 30 years and I've never been disappointed. 5

[2.6 lb] Don't know where to put up your Sony while you are on vacation? Stop looking around, you have found the perfect solution to host your camera while you are away. This bag kicks other camera bags squarely in their genitals and does not bite. Be warned that to comfortably house a fully assembled Sony FS7, you need a lot of space. You won't be able to slide this under a bed while not in use, because it is too tall -- and if you fly with your service animal, you can't use it as carry on as it is too large. Awesome bag! 5

[VCT-14] Another good product by Shape. Design allows for maximum flexibility of camera & accessory setup. I own a number of products by this company and have been happy with the features and price-point. Would love to see option for replacing one of the adjustable handgrips with a remote control grip. 5

[VCT-14] I’ve worked on a shoulder mount setup for my Red Epic-W for a year now. I’ve gone in every direction but finally settled on Shape. I’ve owned many of their products before, still use some, but this setup is excellent. It isn’t cheap, but well worth it. 5

[Aluminum] I use it to counterbalance the camera on my shoulder. The cable is long enough to keep from interfering with my set up. Had to swap the V-Mount for a Gold mount plate, but the switch was no problem. Connected my wireless transmitter on the other side of the v-mount plate. 5
