A: You rather answered your own question with the required amperage for the 2k fresnel.The gauge of the wire would handle the load, but the molded plugs are rated for only 15A. Compounded with the triple header, which would encourage using multiple fixtures on the same circuit would most definitely overload a standard 20A circuit as well as the rated plugs.I would NOT recommend using this cable for that purpose.

[8.05 lb] Used them to hook up my Paradigm Mini Monitors to my old Denon receiver before I upgraded my system. Wow, what amazing quality for the money spent! Nice Copper and transparent jackets as well. The sound had nice fidelity and my ears detected no distortion. A 100 FT for $26? Shut up and take my money! 5
