The Rayden RXW5 Half Daylight Studio LED Light DMXfrom Rayden RXW5 Half Daylight Studio LED Light DMXemploys a heavy-duty resin chassis to create a lightweight yet rugged fixture with features such as flicker-free dimming (that can be controlled locally or via DMX) and an LED display. Known for its powerful output, the RXW5 produces the equivalent of 400W of incandescent power while drawing only 36.4W and running barely warm to the touch. That means a comfortable shoot for the talent and a rapid return on your investment. The Rayden RXW5's 608 LEDs have a tight 50° beam spread with a high CRI and TLCI for precise color rendering.

The fixture's four-leaf barndoors feature light intensifiers for maximum output while providing control over spill light. The yoke is angled forward 30°, which allows you to open the barndoors all the way without hitting the yoke when the light is pointed straight forward. The Rayden RXW5 also has a combo baby receiver / junior pin on the yoke so you can mount it on a stand or hang it from a grid with optional clamps.

A: The kit does not come with batteries, but does come with battery mounts. I would recommend the Ikan IB-HDL98S as a Sony battery: it is smaller and lighter than other Ikan batteries, and is just barely under the 100Wh limit that would prevent it from traveling easily.

A: If comparing these to a Lume Cube LED light, they would have roughly the same output, but there wouldn't be color temperature control built into the Bescor lights.

A: Hello! The kit includes the following; 2 LED70 Lights, 2 LS180 Light Stands, 2 SM1 Ball Mounts and 2 AC6070 AC Adapters. The lights can be powered by either the included AC6070 power supply or using AA batteries. The light stands measure 74 at max extension. I hope this helps!

[36.4 W ] I really like the Rayden LED lights. I set them up in my living room and den over the past weekend just to see how everything worked. Very easy to put together with the stands and they worked just as I expected. More than enough light for indoors and easily adjusted with the included remote controls. One for each light or combine all together. The thing that took the most time was taking it all down and putting it into the case. A little confusing, and a bit heavy, but that's what assistants are for, right? I'd definitely recommend this set of LED lights. 5

[36.4 W ] My company has gotten excellent use out of this little kit. Weve sent it over-seas multiple times to light interviews for a 13-part documentary. Weve used it locally for interviews as well as fill lighting and commercial lighting. I cant stress enough how great it is to be able to carry all of these lights with a single hand. Definitely recommend it. 5

[36.4 W ] I have had a tungsten model and daylight model of this light. I really like how simple it is. For lighting up a scrim or accenting a wall it works great. The daylight is about 1/3 of a stop brighter than the tungsten balanced light. I like that its dead quiet and simple to use. The added V mount bracket included is super handy as well. 5

[1x Barndoors] I had been using the Westcott Flex Lights but always felt I was not getting the amount of light and coverage that I needed. Then I came across these lights and I am impressed. I have been using 3 of these lights and having great results and the cost for 3 is about $1000 less than the cost of 2 Flex lights. These lights are more powerful, softer and easier to set up. I use them as a 3-light setup for video. Considering the quality of light, power, and ease of use, these are a great deal. I love the ability to change from daylight to tungsten and anything in between. You also get full power no matter what color temp you have it set at. The ability to control brightness is great as well. It's convenient to be able to adjust brightness on all 3 lights that I use to get the right balance needed. Speaking of light, they produce nice, soft light. They are nice and bright. There have been times I have used only 1 light to get the exposure I needed I have not experienced any flickering, even at 120fps. I love the ability to use batteries! Sometimes I shoot in tight spots and batteries are KEY!! The display and user interface on the lights are easy to use. I love the one knob push button functionality. The included barn doors are a great feature as well. They also fold down easily keeping the unit compact. The angled yoke also allows for movement and angling that is unobstructed. I have used these lights for various interviews for TV commercials, interviews for documentaries and product lighting for video shoots in restaurant kitchens and manufacturing facilities. They are quick and easy to set up. The build quality, features, quality of light and price is right! Perfect for my needs. 5
