A: The length of the cable is around 16 inches.

Q: 2. How does this mount exactly?

A: It has a smooth back. No mounting holes. I don't think it was designed to mount to anything. I use it to power LED lights via battery that have 4 pin XLR power input but no battery mount. The cord is long enough to run the light up just over 6 feet leaving the battery resting on the ground.

A: Yes, the mounting screws should be included with this battery plate.

A: It may be possible, but we have not tried this configuration. This item was specifically designed as described: The Gold mount Tilta Battery Plate for the C500 Mark II and C300 Mark III cameras attaches to the back of the camera using an included U-shaped top plate and a compact battery plate receiver bracket. The top plate screws onto the top of the camera and the receiver bracket onto the rear, and the battery plate secures to both of them.

A: No, you cannot power the Anton/Bauer P-Tap to LP-E19 Regulated 10.8V Dummy Battery for Canon 1DX/1DX Mark II with any power accessory that doesn't have a D-Tap.

Q: 6. Does this work on the C100 mark 1 and or 2? Or does that have a different power consumption?

A: As long as canon hasn't changed the power input plug it should be universal ...Wizz

A: I dont use the portabrace... its in a pelican case and when removed sits without a cover. I use Vmount batteries (with an adapter). Like Litepanels though, Ive noticed that the monitor gets hotter using batteries, so you might take that into consideration covering it during use.

Q: 8. Can you use this with Canon r3?

A: Yes, The Canon R3 also works with Canon LP-E19 batteries. The Anton Bauer dummy battery adapter supports cameras that use the Canon LP-E19 battery.

Q: 9. Does this work with the Canon C200?

A: The C200 uses the same power system and connections as the C300 Mark II. This Gold Mount Plate should work with the C200 as well.

A: This base is specifically designed to work with C300 Mk II, C300, and C500 cameras. However we believe it should work with the C100 Mark II as well.

[0.375 lb] This unit can power a C100, EVF and external recorder, eliminating the need of changing the batteries of the accessories. It is very handy for documentary filming and allows for recharging just one type of batteries rather than 2 or 3 different types. It holds for hours powering the C100, the EVF and an external recorder like the Atomos Ninja. 5

[1x D-Tap] We bought one to replace a broken battery plate and this one was a much better product. The old style only had two screws in the top to hold it on which put a lot of pressure on the plug at the bottom. But this one has two screws that go in the sides and hold the plate much tighter and there isn't as much of a threat of the plug breaking. Good product, I wish I could order about 10 more and replace all our old plates. 5

[0.375 lb] Anton Bauer batteries and accessories have not failed me yet, but there's a fairly steep up-front cost to pay. This plate is plastic. It's decent plastic, but for the price, I was a little surprised that it wasn't something a little more robust. In any case, it works well attached to my Zacuto Zwiss plate v.2 and powers my rig through an entire production day without issue with the Digital 150 AB battery. 5
