The CINEGEARS Ghost-Eye 400M V2 Wireless HDMI/SDI Receiverfrom CINEGEARS Ghost-Eye 400M V2 Wireless HDMI/SDI Receiverreceives wireless 1080p60, 4:4:4 HD video at distances up to 3281 feet. Using the license-free 5 GHz frequency band, this receiver supports up to 1080p60 with under 1 ms latency. The Ghost-Eye 400M V2 Receiver features HDMI and 3G/HD/SD-SDI inputs and outputs with built-in cross conversion. Each coordinating transmitter can support up to four receivers and can be arranged in point-to-point and point-to-multipoint networks.

A handy function of the Ghost-Eye 400M V2 Receiver is its cross-compatibility—it will work with any Ghost-Eye 100M, 150M, or 300M transmitter and receiver you may already own. Additional functions include AES-128/256 signal encryption, timecode and tally support, an LCD status display panel, and optional V-Lock, Gold Mount, or 1/4"-20 bolt plate mounting (not included). The Ghost-Eye 400M V2 HDMI/SDI Receiver features plug-and-play installation, with firmware upgrades available via its mini-USB port.

Q: 1. How many transmitters can like to receiver?

A: While you can have several receivers picking up from one transmitter, you can't have it the other way around. One receiver cannot differentiate several signals. f you have several cameras, you will need to pair one transmitter from each camera to one receiver. You then put the signals into a professional video switcher.

Q: 2. How many 150M V2 can be used simultaneously at the same location on different channels? any setup limitations?

A: It may be possible to have up to 4 of these systems working at the same time. However it is important to keep in mind that these units operate over a public frequency band. So how many you'll be able to use will really depend on how free the frequencies are in the area you are broadcasting. We would advise you to only try and use one or two at a time.

Q: 3. Hii have bought this piece from bh . i am using it with arri alexa but when i record my camera the video signal is not triggering my shogun inferno when the shogun is connected through ghost eye 150 v2. Do u have any solution or setting for this

Q: 4. Does the unit transmit the sdi record flag? Or does it get lost in the compression?

A: If you are referring to an SDI signals ability to trigger an external recording device than more than likely that will not travel over in this system.

A: This transmitter/receiver set does not have a monitor or loop through.

Q: 6. How many channels are available?

A: 10 preset frequencies are available to choose from.

Q: 7. Can Video Transmission Kit 150M V2 supports Version 1 Receivers on Each Channel signal receive?

A: Yes it should. According to Cinegears this is compatible with any Ghost Eye receiver, including the first version.

A: Yes you can. This system offers HDMI to SDI Cross Conversion.

Q: 9. Does the receiver comes with an AC adapter?Does the Transmitter power cable is D-Tap to lemo?

A: According to Cine Gears the included Lemo Cables do have a D-Tap on the other end. However this unit does not include a DC Power Supply.

[3281' (1000 m)] I've used many different wireless systems, from ultra-cheap Amazon garbage to top-of-the-line studio systems. Ghost-Eye is hands down the best bang for the buck-- I would take these over Paralinx, over Teradek, any day-- It turns on and works, you wouldn't think that would be so hard, and for Ghost-Eye, it's not. I'm going to buy 2 more of these. It makes my life easier and it saves me time. 10 stars-- 5

[1.36 lb] We Love Ghost-Eye!! And our clients do too! Just got a text from our customer on set, he is a sound audio mixer and has 2 feeds from video village to his sound cart (A & B Cam). He said “I will never do another show without the Ghost Eye!!” We have been using the 150M kits for over a year and have had excellent results on TV shows and movie sets. CineGears support has always been fast and easy to work with if you have questions. We just ordered 2 new Ghost-Eye300M kits from B&H and are excited to get them in the field. Why you ask?? Because our 150M kits are out working and we need more kits for a job! Thanks B&H and CineGears!! 5

[AES-128/256] This product worked really well. Used it for a Track and Field event and was able to cover the entire stadium. One heads-up is that for it to work really well, we learnt it had to be mounted very high up to cover the Olympic-size track. 5

[-75 dBm] I bought one a few months back, and use it all the time. Works great, with very infrequent dropouts or reconnects. Receiver can output HDMI and SDI simultaneously, which has come in handy. The only criticism I have is that it doesn't have SDI loop-through on the receiver end. Solved pretty easily with a T-connector, but it would be nice to have. 5
