Q: 3. Any issues with this charger charging non-AB batteries? Such as Core or Pag batteries?

A: We can only confirm that the Anton/Bauer LP4 Quad Battery Charger (Gold Mount) will work with Anton Bauer batteries, other brands may also be compatible but we are unable to confirm which would will work and which will not.

A: The LP Performance Series Chargers come standard with an integrated Wi-Fi module to be utilized with a variety of features and functions released in upcoming software revisions. The integrated Wi-Fi module will also be used for future battery compatibility, so new batteries may be used on the LP Performance Series Chargers as they are released. A: The Aputure 2-Bay Battery Power Station is not a charger. It is a power station. It is designed to attach in this case two Gold mount batteries to it and then attach it to the Light Storm 600d, to power it.

Q: 9. can you use this with skypanel s60?

A: Yes, technically the Aputure 2-Bay Battery Power Station (Gold Mount) being 48V should work with the SkyPanel S60 which is also 48V.

Q: 10. I haven’t used the LP4 charger and am wondering if there is a fan noise with this model?

[4] Given the limits on size and number of Li-Ion batteries you can travel with on a plane this is the charger I have been waiting for: in most use cases it allows you to charge batteries faster than you can discharge batteries - with a few catches. It can draw up to 8 amps so you need a decent circuit to plug into. Also it's not the most inexpensive charger in the Core lineup but I think it could pay for itself with this kind of performance. Recently had a day on Steadicam powering an Alexa 35 with a Teradek Bolt 6LT and Arri focus motor. We were able to rotate between just two 150wh batteries the whole day. It was great. One nit pick: the fuse holder on the back protrudes a bit and isn't the most sturdy. It just got catch on the foam in a case and broke a retaining clip. Easy fix and pretty simple to work around. As long as it holds up this is The One! 5

[Simultaneous] I think it takes a while to charge my 150wh batteries... I'm talking like 5 hours or more. I feel like it should be faster than that. Other than that, it works fine I guess. If you have 2 batteries on one side, it will take the lesser charged battery up to the current charge state of the other one, THEN start charging both simultaneously to 100%. Kinda weird. Not sure if my other chargers have done that in the past? Maybe they have. 5

[Simultaneous] I finally bought this unit for an 8-day shoot, when I knew I'd need to have plenty of charged batteries available. I use it to charge 2x Core SWX 150 Nano Micro and 2x GDU 98wh minis at the same time. This unit is barely larger than my 3-year old Core SWX dual charger, but can charge twice as many batteries (as long as they're minis). Brilliant! 5
