A normal binder should accept the extra height but I suggest you try to lay them horizontal instead of vertical, in the long term it might help keep the natural tendency for the film to curl when it has the extra weight on it, plus some other reasons, but that it just my two cents, others may have no issue with storing them vertical (upright).Hope that helps

A: No, you should only put one strip of negatives in the individual sleeve. If you put 2 they will rub against each other and destroy the emulsion. Also if you did put 2 you can't see the negative properly.
