A: Its not that sturdy. I just got it for use with an iPhone but find I prefer using a regular tripod with a clip that holds the phone. Would not recommend it for a lens.

[0.14 lb] i have several of these. I have several GW77 and a GW88 sony submersible HD camera. These joby micro stands allow me to pub 4 cameras in my purse and plop them out on the desk at KPFT radio station and compose the shots of the guests. I have a sony audio recorder that I plug into the audio board. I edit a show called Execution Watch. My setup time is 90 seconds. The joby pods have action so good, its like almost a fluid head. 5

[1.6 oz (46.0 g)] This phone clamp folds to fit in a watch pocket. It can serve as a stand for group photos using an Apple Watch as a remote, or the base unscrews and it goes on a regular tripod for whatever. I am even thinking about using it as a dash cam or for time lapses. 5
