A: The, Chimera Vortex8 Medium Lightbank w/ Frame is a softbox only. It comes with a frame so it attaches to the Vortex8 led panel light. The softbox comes with an inner baffle and a front diffuser. It does not come with an eggcrate.

A: The material is considered silent.

A: This is a dedicated soft box. It will not mount to other lights unless you somehow modified the frame. In addition to the frame mount not fitting other lights he size will not be exactly the same for other lights.

A: Unfortunately, this softbox would not be compatible with a Kino Flo Celeb as there are no speed rings available for it.

[1/4-Stop Loss] Know that the Rotolight barn doors are necessary to use this. It is not at first obvious that the barn door wings slip into almost invisible pockets that are built into the Chimera. A simple installation note would have been a time-saver. Pleasing quality of light. It would be nice if the Rotolight carry-pouch was big enough to include the barn doors and Chimera folded up. 5

[1/4-Stop Loss] I use the 1/4 grid in front of bounce for beautiful soft light every time. The fabric is sewn to prevent fraying, and the elastic on each corner holds it very tightly to the frame, even in wind. 5
