A: Unfortunately, it is a single piece. This makes it much more difficult for transporting. Alternatively, you could purchase the handlebars for travel.

Q: 7. Does the Movi Pro ring collapse for travel?

A: The MōVI Ring can't collapse, but you can remove the handlebar. It's about 22.5 inches without the handlebar or 26 inches with the handlebar.

Q: 8. Will this plug directly into the Movi Pro and receive power and control from it. I'm assuming you can control from the Mimic?

A: According to FREEFLY, the support for the Chrosziel motor is coming soon.

Q: 9. How is this different from the original ring?

A: the original MOVI Pro ring can only mount the gimbal in the upright configuration. the MOVI Pro Ring II can mount the gimbal in the upright or underslung position.

Q: 10. Does this include the cables needed to give power to an URSA mini?

A: No. I think that freefly does not have that cable

[Aluminum] Freefly said their machining was off on the toad in the hole on the Movi Pro Ring. I got mine replaced and it's all good and tight. I had slop in my connector too. Reach out to them and they will replace it. 5

[6 x 3.95 x 1.1"] Thats the review, LOL. Don't mess with the RedRock Micro motors unless you like to have endless problems. The next cheapest option for the Movi Pro with use on the Movi controller is the Chrosziel. Most pros use the Heden's but this works just fine, plug it in and set to Chrosziel in Movi controller FIZ setup and boom ready to go. 5

This unlocks your gimbal and lets you attach it to wherever you want. Jibs, dollies, tripods, light stands, car rigs, bike rigs, your friend Steve who won’t stop talking. Attach a toad to it, get cinemilled’s Mitchell washer tor down and you are golden. 5
