Q: 8. Where can I find front and rear recessed steel twist latches mechanism? we bought two of these 12U cases in April 2021. Each cover latches are not holding to main case keeper anymore. They just come loose when in transport or move between building. So frustrating. Thanks

A: I would recommend contacting customer support at SKB and making them aware of the issue with the latches not holding the covers securely. The case is still under warranty. SKB does have replacement parts and may be able to offer an option for a different type latch, possibly with a lock to prevent the covers from becoming loose during transport. As an additional option for extra security, you may want to use a strap or bungee cord wrapped around the exterior and running through the side handles.
