[2.5 mm male] Since Sony removed the timelapse app from the new A7III I needed something to control my shutter. The Pluto trigger does way more than that as it can sense lightning and loud noises among many others. I have experimented with many different ways to use the Pluto trigger and it amazes me what I can achieve with this.

[2.5 mm male] I have been having fun with this little device for a couple of weeks. It works just as advertised, although it takes reading through the application settings a few times before you figure out just how it works. It seems to be well manufactured, although I wouldn't call it robust.

[0.08 lb] I'm not using this for flash. Instead I bought two generic universal bower camera triggers. They come with various attachments for triggering different cameras. The attachments use the 2.5mm style jacks. This splitter comes with the 2.5mm to 3.5mm adapters. This allowed me to use one trigger to fire to cameras at the same time.

[0.08 lb] This splitter cable is actually a standard 1/8 splitter cable with adaptors on each end to give the required size for the Pluto cables.� Pluto cables have smaller plugs than the standard 1/8" plugs.� It works very well and you can use a 1/8" extension cables with this and just put the adapter on the end of the extension cable.

[0.08 lb] I have been able to do so many things with my Canon DSLR after buying this device.  Instead of doing everything manually it sets my camera to take photos while I relax indoors.  Right now its doing a star trail. Tested it last night and I was really impressed.  Tonight Ive adjusted some of the settings.  This device is versatile and helps to make a novice like me a better photographer.

[2.5 mm male] I purchased this to allow me to trigger two cameras simultaneously to do Stereo Views Photography. My shutter release cable only accommodates shooting with one camera so with the Flash Splitter cable, I was able to shoot both at the same time to capture a right and left image. This helps me to shoot moving objects such as people, animals, vehicles and motion in landscape views. This looks like a typical mini audio stereo cable but it actually is 2.55mm instead of the stereo 3.5mm.

[2.5 mm male] I AM USING THIS SPLITTER CABLE BACKWARDS SO THAT I HAVE TWO TRIGGERS IN TO ONE CAMERA SO FAR IT IS WORKING FINE DOES ANYONE SEE A PROBLEM DOING THIS?

[2.5 mm male] I have not used all the functions of this trigger yet but the ones I have tried have worked well and been user friendly. With all the different ways it can be used it is good value for the money.
