Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Does this stand come with the bolts (screws) ?

A: Yes. My husband says he thinks the stand has screws that have plastic heads on them so they were easy to screw in by hand.

Q: 2. What's the height of the lowest setting? Thanks.

A: Approximately 21.5 inches. Really low. There are height adjustments at 3 inch increments. I have mine set at 27.5.

Q: 3. Hi, Is the top tier of this stands height adjustable, if I wanted to pull down the height of the top tier? And how much weight does the top tier hold?

A: Yes, the second tier of the QuikLok Z-726 Keyboard Stand is height adjustable. It can be set for 9.2", 10.2", 11.2", or 12.2". The second tier can support a maximum of 75 lbs and the overall weight capacity of the Z-726 is 250 lbs.

Q: 4. I've found that Yamaha is using the same part number for a new/different and heavier version of the stand. Can you confirm that this is the same unit that is pictured?

A: The image posted on the B&H website appears to be the same as the PKBZ1 stand shown on Yamaha's product. Here is a link to the Yamaha page: https://usa.yamaha.com/products/musical_instruments/pianos/accessories/pkbz1/index.html

Q: 5. Will this stand be appropriate for a Yamaha YPG 235?

A: The Yamaha PKBS1 stand is compatible with and will support the YPG-235

Q: 6. What's the major difference between the 726 and the 726L?

A: The difference between the QuikLok Z-726 Double Tier Height Adjustable Keyboard Stand and the QuikLok Z-726L Two Tier "Z" Style Height Adjustable Extra-wide Keyboard Stand with Fully Adjustable Second Tier is the length of each. The "L" model adds 11" of width over the Z-726.

Q: 7. How many keys are on this keyboard?

A: This stand will easily accommodate anything from a 61 to an 88 key keyboard. I use it with a 76 key Yamaha. It's rugged, sturdy, and easy to set up.

Q: 8. will this stand fit my yamaha psr-330 keyboard? thanks

A: The L3C stand unfortunately is not compatible with the PSR 330. Yamaha recommends the L-6 stand which is now discontinued. A standard X-style stand such as the Yamaha PKBS1 will work well.

Q: 9. Does this fit a Yamaha PSR-EW310 workstation?

A: Yes. According to Yamaha:"This stand was specifically fashioned to bolt directly to many of Yamaha's PSR-E, YPT, NP and NP-V Piaggero and EZ keyboards"

Q: 10. What are the dimensions of its folded state for travel? Thanks.

A: The Gator Frameworks Z-Style Keyboard Stand does not fold or collapse.

[6.5 lb] This stand is lightweight yet strong and sturdy. I can easily carry both my 61 key board and stand. I use it in the reverse orientation than shown and the crossbar does not interfere with legroom when sitting at the keyboard. It also disassembles into a tube size box unlike some other Z stands. The build quality is good with no defects or poor welding. It is also stable when I have used it with an 88 key digital piano. A solid product.

[6.5 lb] Very nice stand for the price. A little difficult to assemble only because the directions the manufactuter encloses are inadequate. I had to work off the picture on the box.

[6.5 lb] This keyboard stand is sturdy, lightweight , and simple to assemble. It folds up out of the way, and has no problem holding up my 15lbs Roland AXEdge when I want to use it and I don’t feel like using my shoulder strap. Spring assisted locking pin makes for quick quick setup and wrap.
