Q: 9. I have this camera installed over Lake Ontario for Sky events like meteors/fireballs and Aurora borealis events. However, I have found lately it's not picking up the lights or rays at night too well like it once did. Am I using the right kind of camera or are there ways I can change the ISO or White Balance settings on it somehow? It was professionally installed and I can't get them back to fix it as they don't even know what I am talking about. They are security installation people not videographers or photographers. Can I change these settings myself? And if so, how? I thank everyone who took their time reading and answering my question! It means a lot to me!

[28°] Axis hardware is the best. B&H is the best. This is the only vendor we order camera equipment from. Axis cams are the most reliable.

[NETD <70 mK] This camera is powerful and does everything I need. It is only using 4% of its zoom capabilities from 100 feet away, and sees everything day or night. It is a case of you get what you pay for and this has been worth every penny.

[Pixel counter] Axis has blown my mind with this cameras, it captures license plates with ease. The zoom is ridiculous. Pair this camera with OpenALPR and you could get the lowest priced LPR solution on the market. Worth every penny.

[4 lb (0.18 kg)] We are a developer of command and control software and often buy various brands of IP cameras to test with our software suite. This camera was an addition late last year and we've actually deployed it on our property (mostly for testing). We cannot say enough about Axis products... this camera works as advertised and was easily integrated into our software. It is ONVIF compliant and provides crystal clear video.

We are located in Florida and rarely use the defogging feature, but we would love to have self cleaning optics (a feature starting to appear on high end IP cameras) since the camera is located nearly 30 feet in the air making it difficult to clean... but that is the only thing we had in the wish it had it column.

Overall a highly versatile and functional PTZ IP camera... we highly recommend this one!

[4 lb (0.18 kg)] I have used various versions of the M20 for several years. They are nice little cameras. They are easy to install. The are reliable. If you want a cost effective, rock solid camera with a 130 field of view, this is a good choice..

[f/1.0] Installed on campus road with traffic reaching 35mph, offset approximately 40ft and skewed and still grabs every plate that passes by without fail. Rain or shine, day or night this setup does not disappoint.

[13mm] I've bought this model before and I was pleased to discover that they include a microphone now! The firmware is also newer and the config webpage works a bit better. Camera is slightly more squared off and less rounded, but overall dimensions are the same.
