A: The Azden EX-505U is a unidirectional lavalier microphone for use with WM-PRO transmitter order as AZEX505UH for use with the 41BT transmitter. It MAY however, work in devices that offer plug-in power.

A: Hello Amy, thank you for your interest in the Azden products. We studied the Canon Vixia HF W11 and found that the camera is not equipped with a 3.5mm mic input which the PRO-XR requires to function. Therefore, unfortunately, the PRO-XR does not work with the Vixia HF W11.
