The RRS Base Plate for Fujifilm X100F - Compact & Durablefrom RRS Base Plate for Fujifilm X100F - Compact & Durableis designed with anti-twist flanges to keep the mounted camera from twisting. Once the dovetail plate is on, quick release functionality has been added to the camera. Also, this base plate is compatible with all Really Right Stuff clamps and most other Arca-type heads.

The CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum plate maintains complete access to the battery door without obstructing the LCD monitor of the camera. An option for an L-component, that will fit the plate's modular design and makes a custom-fit L-plate, is available.

This plate has been Type II black anodized, which makes it resistant to scuffs and scratches. Furthermore, the base plate has a laser-engraved center mark on the back to align it on a head.

A: Ive not tried it. Mine never goes in the case.

A: I'm sorry, no. I'm sure they will be coming out with a 100V version shortly.

Q: 10. Does this base plate have a QD socket?

A: Yes. If you look on the images, the QD socket is the larger unthreaded hole next to the 1/4"-20 mounting screw.

[0.15 lb] Have bought RRS products directly from the maker before, so I know the quality is first-rate. This fits my X100F like a glove and adds grip and stability to the camera. Can tripod mount Arca-Swiss or screw-on bases. Allows full access to battery and SDHC card. 5

[0.15 lb] It's been on my camera from day 1 and so far it's staying there perfectly. Very clear and doesn't diminish the view or alters colors. One time use only though. Once removed, it cannot be reused again. 5
