A: You can. You will need multiple gallons. I painted a vanity with this paint color and was only able to get two coats. It could have used four in order to achieve the look I was going for. The fluorescent pink paint is very bright, but without the right amount of coats the the white base coat shows through. My suggestion is to paint some accents in the room you are thinking, and not an entire wall.

A: Hi Jan, there is. I'm a mural artist and used this product for stages. For murals to protect from UV rays I use a water base clear sealer that is for industrial use that is a brush on. I would think it would protect the fluorescent paint as well.
