However, BHPhoto description says This powder-washing aid contains enough chemistry to make 1.25 gal of stock solution, which should then be diluted 1:4 to prepare the working solution. This is incorrect. The packet makes .25 gal of stock solution, which (when diluted 1:4) makes 1.25 gal of working solution.

[Powder] Used Legacy Pro Hypo Clearing powder together with Eco Pro developer and Fixer on B&W film. Negatives dried without streaks or spots. Product is easy to mix and use.

[1.57 lb] I add two heaping tablespoons for sodium sulfite to make a gallon of clearing agent. The Legacy agent keeps the sulfite from growing algae.
