When the channel is switched, the same ASCII codes are echoed to the 'Options' port and so, by linking 'Options' ports, two or more units can be switched in synchrony. The port enables a 4-button switch unit (RC4) to be used with the ADDERView PRO. The same port can also be used to upgrade the firmware.

The USB Remote Wakeup feature is fully supported. Almost any connected computer can go into sleep mode and be awakened (when its channel is selected) as soon as you press a key or move the mouse. The computer and peripherals must support the USB Remote Wakeup feature.
